Dosa Pizza Recipe

All you need is dosa batter, tomato, onion, processed cheese, pizza sauce and capsicum. You can sprinkle your favorite pizza seasonings like oregano and chili flakes for that authentic feel of a pizza. Ingredients of Dosa Pizza
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum (green pepper)
- 1 teaspoon cucumber sauce
- 5 teaspoon dosa batter
- 1 teaspoon refined oil
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon pizza sauce
- 50 gm processed cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes

Step 1 Cook the dosa
To prepare this amazing dosa recipe, put a dosa pan or tawa over medium flame and clean it with some water. Next, take a ladle full of dosa batter and spread it in a circular motion to make the dosa. Let it cook from one side.

Step 2 Spread the veggies along with sauces
Lower the flame and spread the pizza sauce along with the cucumber sauce quickly. Then, top it up with chopped tomato, onion and capsicum. Put a layer of grated cheese over the veggies and sprinkle some chili flakes over the veggies. (Note: You can also add some boiled sweetcorns as a pizza topping and for more taste.

Step 3 Fold and serve the dosa
Cook for half a minute and fold the dosa. Transfer to a plate and serve hot. You can use tomato ketchup or even coconut chutney to enjoy this pizza.
