How to make Thai Rolls with Tofu

  • Step 1 Blend to make a paste

    Put garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, 1 tbsp soy sauce and peanut butter in a blender. Now blend to form a paste. Keep it aside.

  • Step 2 Stir fry tofu

    Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan. Heat it and add chopped tofu pieces. Stir fry for a few minutes.

  • Step 3 Mix noodles and peanut butter paste

    Now mix boiled noodles with the paste we made earlier. Now add tofu, white pepper powder, salt and lightly mix them together.

  • Step 4 Prepare rolls

    Now mix 2 tbsp soya sauce with 4 tbsp water. Dip the rice sheet in it properly. Now stuff the tofu mixture in the rolls and roll them up.

  • Step 5 Shallow fry

    Now add 2 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the rolls from both sides for a few minutes.

  • Step 6 Serve!
