Blueberry Curd Recipe
Ingredients of Blueberry Curd
- 1 handful canned blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
- 1 1/2 cup boiled blueberry
- 1 litre milk
- 1/2 cup water
How to make Blueberry Curd

Step 1 Wash the blueberries
To make this quick recipe wash the blueberries and keep it aside.

Step 2 Make curd
To begin with boil the milk, keep stirring so that the milk doesn’t stick at the bottom. Next, turn off the flame and allow it to cool down. Make sure the milk is warm and add 1 tablespoon yoghurt, whisk the curd and milk mixture. Keep it on the kitchen cooktop for 6-7 hours to set.

Step 3 Prepare blueberry slurry
To make this curd, you can also use already prepared curd. Next, heat a deep bottomed pan and add water, sugar and blueberries, reduce the flame and allow it cook and turn into a thick slurry. Turn it off and allow it cool down and refrigerate.

Step 4 Mix the slurry and curd
Next, keep the curd in refrigerator and mix it with the cold blueberry slurry. Using a whisker, whisk the mixture and pour in the bowls and freeze the curd.

Step 5 Enjoy it chilled
Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves. Enjoy it chilled.
