Ingredients of Thai Spiced Tofu


  • 120 gm tofu

  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

For Garnishing


  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Thai red curry paste

  • 1/4 pounds green beans

  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil

How to make Thai Spiced Tofu

  • Step 1

    To start with, drain out the excess water from the tofu and cut them into cubes. Keep them aside. In a bowl, add curry paste, sugar, and fish sauce. Mix well.

  • Step 2

    Reserve half of this sauce in a plastic bag and in half of it, add tofu, cover. Let it stand for 10 minutes. In a saucepan, kept on medium flame, add green beans, broth, oil, and the remaining curry. Mix well.

  • Step 3

    Simmer for approx 6-7 minutes in order to make the beans soft. Take a nonstick deep bottomed pan and cover it with cooking spray.

  • Step 4

    Place the pan on medium flame and add he tofu mixture to it. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Remove from flame and serve hot by garnishing with sesame seeds.

Ingredients of Thai Red Curry


  • 4 baby corn

  • 1 cup mushroom

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar

  • 3 Thai red chili

  • black pepper as required

  • salt as required

How to make Thai Red Curry

  • Step 1 Prepare Thai chilli paste

    Grind the Thai red chilli, garlic cloves, basil leaves and black pepper in a grinder to a fine paste. Now, take a glass bowl, pour oil and place it in the microwave for 50 seconds. Take it out from the microwave and then add Thai chilli paste to it. Mix it with a spoon and again place it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

  • Step 2 Chop and microwave all the veggies

    Take this bowl out from the microwave and keep aside. Chop the brinjalbroccoli, and mushrooms in a bowl. Add baby corns to it, cover this bowl and microwave it for 9 minutes.

Ingredients of Thai Shrimp Cake


  • 300 gm shrimps

  • 2 egg

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar

  • 30 gm green beans

  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoon lime juice

How to make Thai Shrimp Cake

  • Step 1

    Start by preparing the sweet chili sauce by mixing ginger, coriander leaves, lime juice and Thai sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Keep it aside.

  • Step 2

    Now, spread the chopped shrimp on a large plate and then slide this plate inside the freezer for sometime. In a blender add frozen shrimps, red curry paste, eggs, fish sauce, sugar and coconut milk. Blend it till you attain a smooth paste. Transfer this paste into a separate bowl and add basil leaves, fish sauce, salt and green beans in it. Mix well.

  • Step 3

    Place a large skillet over medium flame and grease it with some oil. Carefully, drop a tablespoon of the paste prepared above on it and with a spatula firmly press it. Flip the sides and fry till it turns golden brown. Repeat the same with rest of the paste.

How to make Vegetable Green Thai Curry

  • Step 1 Prepare the Thai Curry Paste

    To begin preparing this enticing recipe we will first make the Thai Curry Paste. Alternatively, you can also use ready-made paste. To make the green Thai curry paste, chopped green chilliesgalangal. lemongrass, ginger coriander seeds, garlic cloves, shallot and kaffir lime. Ground together all ingredients in a blender with brown sugar and soya sauce to a smooth paste. Keep the paste aside.

  • Step 2 Saute the curry paste and add coconut milk

    Next, heat oil in a pan and saute the green Thai curry paste for a minute. Add ½ cup coconut milk. Pass the mix through the sieve, and reserve the curry.

  • Step 3 Saute garlic, basil, carrots, beans, broccoli and zucchini

    Now, in a separate wok heat oil and add chopped garlic, basil, thin slices of carrots and half-moon shaped zucchiniSaute for a minute over high heat. Add in blanched broccoli cut into florets and blanched green beans baton cuts, then add in the curry mix.

  • Step 4 Add coconut milk with tofu and spinach puree. Top with basil and serve hot.

    Now add in the reserved coconut milk, silken tofu or cottage cheese and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and add in the fried and cubed eggplant. Add little spinach puree to maintain the colour. Add salt to taste. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

  • 400 gm minced chicken

  • 4 teaspoon Thai red chili

  • 1 bunch basil

  • 1 cup oyster sauce

  • 50 ml lime juice

  • 50 gm long beans

  • 2 handful rice

  • 6 pieces garlic

  • 2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 cup Thai soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 200 ml chicken stock

  • 100 ml virgin olive oil

  • 2 egg

How to make Thai Pad Bai Krapow Gai

  • Step 1 Chop and pound red chilli and garlic

    To prepare this enticing dish, first, roughly chop the red chilli and garlic. Now, pound them together to obtain a fine powder.

  • 20 gm water chestnut

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 leaves kewra

  • 10 gm tapioca flour

  • 30 ml rose syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar syrup

  • 1 gm coconut

  • Step 1 Soak the water chestnuts overnight

    Soak diced water chestnut in rose syrup overnight. Drain and coat with tapioca flour and let it slightly boil.
