Ingredients of Chicken Masala Fry
- 500 gm chopped chicken
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large grated onion
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- salt as required
- 2 dry red chili
How to make Chicken Masala Fry

Step 1 Fry onions and chilies
Heat oil in a pan and then add dry red chili, green chilies, curry leaves, and onions to it. Fry them until they turn golden in color. Next, add ginger and garlic paste and fry till the mixture gets golden brown.

Step 2 Add the chicken pieces
Now, add the chicken pieces to the mixture and fry the chicken till it loses all the moisture.

Step 3 Cook the masala
Now, add coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan. Sprinkle 4 tbsps of water. Cook it for about 15 mins.

Step 4 Your Chicken Masala Fry is ready
