Ingredients of Health in a jar
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 tablespoon boiled black beans
- 1 cucumber armenian
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
For Dressing
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon corn
- 1 boiled beetroot
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoon raw peanuts
- 2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- salt as required
How to make Health in a jar

Step 1 Wash and peel the veggies
To begin with this easy recipe, wash, clean and peel the veggies. Next, cut the cucumber in thin noodle-like strips.

Step 2 Boil the beans and beetroot
Next, boil the black beans with some water, drain the water and keep aside. Similarly, boil the beetroot and transfer to a bowl.

Step 3 Arrange the ingredients
Next, take a large bowl, add in the veggies, beans and rest of the ingredients. Next prepare a dressing.

Step 4 Make the dressing
Take another bowl and add in peanut butter, light soya sauce, siracha sauce and vegan mayo, using a whisker, mix the ingredients nicely. Pour this dressing and toss the salad and add the salad to the jar.

Then garnish with crushed peanuts, season with salt (optional), refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Shake well and enjoy!
