Ingredients of Healthy Chicken burger
- 2 chicken breasts
- black pepper as required
- 3 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1 tablespoon pepper sauce
- salt as required
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- chopped ice berg lettuce as required

Step 1 Clean the chicken breasts
To begin with this easy recipe: wash, clean pat dry clean the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Now, cut the burger buns from the center spread butter on them, and toast them in a pan till lightly toasted. Set aside.

Step 2 Prepare the sauce
In the meantime, prepare the sauce to keep it easy and simple. Take a bowl and whisk together mustard, grated onion, hot sauce, and mayonnaise. Next, wash and chop the lettuce about 1/2″ slices and thinly slice the tomatoes.

Step 3 Coat the chicken breast
Take the three plates in one plate, keep cornflour, in the second bowl crack open eggs whisk them, and keep aside. In the third plate keep the breadcrumbs. Take the seasoned chicken breasts and coat them in cornflour followed by egg batter and breadcrumbs. Once the oil is hot gently place the chicken breast on the pan and allow it to cook and turn crispy. Repeat with the rest of the chicken pieces.

Step 4 Place a cheese slice between the chicken patty
Next, once the chicken breast is cooked, place a cheese slice and cover it with another chicken breast, cook by flipping the sides. Keep it for a minute and once cheese melts turn off the flame.

Assemble the burger, begin by spreading the sauce generously on the lower part of the bun followed by lettuce bed then tomato slices followed by the cheesy chicken patty, and top it with the other half of the bun and serve and enjoy.
