How to make Lemongrass Rice

  • Step 1 Soak the rice

    To prepare this delicious main dish recipe, clean the rice and soak it for 20 minutes. Keep it aside. Put the lemongrass stalks in the cooker after washing and rinsing them properly. Water should be double the quantity of rice. Add few drops of vegetable oil to it.

  • Step 2 Cook the rice

    Add salt as per your taste along with oniongarlicgingerbutter, green chilli, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and cook for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat.

  • Step 3 Garnish with green onions
