Ingredients of Mango Cheese and Avocado Salad

How to make Mango Cheese and Avocado Salad

  • Step 1 Divide the ingredients into different bowls

Peel and chop the mango and avocados. Place the mango, avocados, and Bocconcini cheese into 3 different small-sized bowls.

  • Step 2 Prepare the marination

In a small bowl, prepare the marination by mixing the olive oil, and lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper. Pour 2/3rd of the marinade over the diced avocado and let it chill for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Divide the remaining 1/3 of the marinade into two and pour evenly over the cheese slices and diced mangoes.

  • Step 3 Do the plating of the salad

Set up on the plate directly, using a steel round mold, starting with the layer of avocado, then the cheese layer, and lastly mango.

  • Step 4 Garnish and serve

Garnish with Arugula lettuce on top, American corn, or as per your choice, and serve cold. Enjoy!

Tips
  1. If you don’t have Bocconcini cheese, then you can use cheese slices or even cheese cubes.
