How to make Matar Paneer Paratha

  • Step 1

    To prepare this delicious paratha, combine together the wheat flour, refined flour, salt and a little oil. Add water as required and knead them together into a dough.

    Crumble the paneer and add it to a large bowl with peas, coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.

  • Step 3

    Now, take a small portion of the dough and make medium balls out of it. Dust the surface using a little flour and roll the ball into a disc shape. Then, put a tablespoon of the matar paneer mixture in it and fold it well and then roll it again.

  • Step 4

    Heat a tawa over medium flame. Once the tawa is hot enough, place the paratha on it and cook from both sides by applying ghee. Transfer to a plate and then serve.
