2 tablespoon boiled gluten free pasta -
7 sliced jalapeno -
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce -
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper -
salt as required

1 tablespoon lemon juice -
1 teaspoon cumin
How to make Mexican Pasta and Blackbean Salad

Step 1 Transfer the pasta to a bowl
To begin with this easy recipe, boil the pasta with some salt and oil. In this recipe we are using boiled pasta. Transfer the boiled pasta to a bowl.

Step 2 Add black beans
Next, add in the sliced jalapenos along with boiled black beans and toss well.

Step 3 Season with spices
Lastly, add in the lemon juice, siracha mayo and Mexican spices, in case you don’t have siracha mayo, you can mix normal homemade mayonnaise with siracha sauce to make this dish. Mix it all together and season with salt and enjoy.
Tips
- In this recipe we have used cayenne pepper, if you have mixed Mexican spices you can add that for a perfect flavor.
