Ingredients of Microwave Makki Korma
- 3 cup corn
- 4 green chilli
- 3 tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 tablespoon refined oil
- salt as required
- 2 cup yoghurt (curd)
- 4 medium onion
- 5 black cardamom
How to make Microwave Makki Korma

Step 1 Microwave the corn and prepare the masala mix
To start, microwave the corns for 5 minutes. Keep a frying pan on medium flame and heat some oil in it. Saute onions and tomatoes in the oil add chopped green chillies, cardamom, turmeric, red chilli powder, sugar, salt and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2 Add curd, microwave and serve!
In the end, add curd with the corn mix, combine nicely and transfer to a glass bowl and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot!
