Potato and Chana Chaat Recipe

Ingredients of Potato and Chana Chaat
- 2 boiled potato
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
- 3 teaspoon aaloo bhujia
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 cup kala chana
- 1 green chilli
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 small tomato
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon raw peanuts
How to make Potato and Chana Chaat

Step 1
To prepare this yummy chaat recipe, put a pan on medium flame and add salt along with water in it. Bring it to a boil and then add kala chana in it. Soak the chana in the hot water and put it aside.

Take the raw peanuts and dry roast them in mustard oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes on medium flame or until they turn light brown and crispy.

Take the onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves and finely chop them.

In a bowl, take the boiled chana and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well so that the spices and the lemon juice coat the mixture well. Now, finely chop the boiled potatoes and mix well in the chana mixture. Serve and enjoy your chatpati potato and chana chaat.
