Ingredients of Salted Caramel Ice Cream
- 1/2 sugar as required
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Pinches kosher salt
- 1/4 water as required
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoon roasted peanuts
How to make Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Step 1 Prepare the caramel syrup
To make this quick Salted Caramel Ice crèam, begin with preparing the salted caramel sauce. Take a pan and add sugar along with water. keep stirring till the sugar changes color and turns slightly brown. Next, add in the heavy cream and keep whisking, then add vanilla essence and salt.

Step 2 Make the ice cream mix
Next, take a large bowl add 2 cups of heavy cream, and whisk it using a hand blender. Once the cream turns foamy, add condensed milk and vanilla essence again and whisk the mixture. Lastly, add the salted caramel sauce and keep whisking.

Step 3 Refrigerate the ice cream
Once the ice cream mixture is ready, add a dash of kosher salt mix it nicely, and pour it in a setting tray. You can pour some caramel sauce and wrap it with a cling film. Refrigerate the ice cream for 6 hours. Take it out and garnish it with caramel sauce and roasted peanuts.
