Ingredients of Thai Pad Bai Krapow Gai
- 400 gm minced chicken
- 4 teaspoon Thai red chili
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 cup oyster sauce
- 50 ml lime juice
- 50 gm long beans
- 2 handful rice
- 6 pieces garlic
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup Thai soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 100 ml virgin olive oil
- 2 egg
How to make Thai Pad Bai Krapow Gai
Step 1 Chop and pound red chilli and garlic
To prepare this enticing dish, first, roughly chop the red chilli and garlic. Now, pound them together to obtain a fine powder.
Step 2 Cook chicken in sauce and basil
