How to make Thai Red Curry

  • Step 1 Prepare Thai chilli paste

    Grind the Thai red chilli, garlic cloves, basil leaves and black pepper in a grinder to a fine paste. Now, take a glass bowl, pour oil and place it in the microwave for 50 seconds. Take it out from the microwave and then add Thai chilli paste to it. Mix it with a spoon and again place it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

  • Step 2 Chop and microwave all the veggies

    Take this bowl out from the microwave and keep aside. Chop the brinjalbroccoli, and mushrooms in a bowl. Add baby corns to it, cover this bowl and microwave it for 9 minutes.

  • Step 3 Cook the microwaved veggies with Thai Chilli Paste for 6-7 minutes

    After a while, take this bowl out of the microwave and add soy sauce, vinegarsalt and sugar to it. Place this bowl inside the microwave and cook for 6-7 minutes. Your Thai Red Curry is now ready. Serve it with steamed rice or noodles.
