White Chocolate Doughnuts Recipe

- 3 gm refined flour
- 2 egg
- 50 gm melted white chocolate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1 Prepare the dough
In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together. Add the melted chocolate and butter. Stir in the milk and vanilla. Slowly add the sifted flour to the egg mixture, and incorporate it into a soft dough. Cover the dough and chill for 2 hours.

Step 2 Fry the doughnuts
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Roll the dough out to 1/2-inch thick. Cut the doughnuts out, using a 2 1/2-inch doughnut cutter. You can also cut out doughnut shapes from the dough using a knife. Fry a couple of doughnuts at a time for 1 minute on each side. Remove the doughnuts from the fryer and drain them on an absorbent paper-lined plate.

Garnish the doughnuts with some melted white chocolate, and choco chips and serve.
