- 3 grated potato
For Dressing
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon as required
- 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 litre boiling water
- 1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
- salt as required
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce
How to make Shredded Potato Salad

Step 1 Shred the potatoes
To prepare this recipe, peel and grate the potatoes. Wash them in normal water 2-3 times.

Step 2 Soak in hot water
Put the grated potatoes in hot/boiling water and take them out in approximately 5 min.

Step 3 Prepare dressing
Now, prepare the dressing for the salad by mixing all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
