Step 1 Wash the mutton

To prepare this dish at home, begin with washing the mutton pieces under running water. Then drain the excess water and keep them aside. Now, take oil in a non-stick pan. Put the chopped onion and add garlic-ginger paste to it. Fry it in simmer for few minutes. Once, it turns golden brown, add chopped tomato and again fry it.
